High Performance Quad Clutch
The gains in the 103HPQ ATV clutch come from the large diameter pulley and the greater sheave angles, This combination results in ease of movement and less wear for the belt and the sheave faces. Greater Sheave angles create less resistance allowing smoother up shift because the moveable face is no longer pinching the belt against the outside of the clutch. Less cam arm weight is required, causing less wear on belt, pulley faces and cam arm bearings. Faster back shifting reduces tension and wear as less force is required.
